Uncomparable употребляется в буквальном значении 'несравнимый, не поддающийся сравнению': uncomparable things, uncomparable quantities. Incomparable имеет значение 'несравненный, чрезвычайный, вне всякого сравнения' (употребляется метафорически): incomparable success, incomparable kindness.
